I am Passionate about people and how they make their living and what makes them tick. It gives me a real buzz to find out about other peoples lives and find ways to make what they do more focused, allowing them to achieve their dreams.

I work as a mentor with the Prince's Trust. I especially enjoy working with young entrepreneurs helping them with the reality of day to day business life. I speak to students on a regular basis as part of the Welsh Government's Dynamo Role Model scheme. I also sit on the YES panel, a group who meet four times a year to encourage entrepreneurship in the youth of Wales.

I enjoy sharing my story with groups of people, who find it inspiring to hear that life is not all plain sailing and that to make it to the top of your game sometimes you have to keep on trying.

I'm patron of I Am Woman, a business club based in Cardiff who's mission is to develop and inspire women in their own businesses or their careers though coaching, mentoring and training. Monthly meetings are held on the last Tuesday of every month in the Debating Chamber of Cardiff City Hall, an inspiring venue in its own right.

On this web site you will find my blog where I tell stories as they happen in my life. Hopefully this will be an inspiring and entertaining glimpse of my reality. You will also find my artworks which I'm sure you will enjoy.
